Obituary of William Laurence Zahorchak

ZAHORCHAK, William Laurence The curtain rose on August 17, 1953 and with His final curtain call being June 26, 2016. He will be dearly missed by his Wife Debbie and his children Myshra (Lexie and Leo) and Mikol (Dave). Cherished Brother to the late Robert (Daisy), Jessica (Dan) and Dennis (Shannon). Loving Uncle to eight nieces and nephews and will be missed by many. William is predeceased by his parents Mary and Michael. Son-in-law to Dorothy (the late Jack) McEwan. Willie had a passion for fast cars and a great love for animals. He could see what no one else could see in objects and brought them to life with his carving abilities. He was an important part of the family business and continued his entrepreneurial skills with many ventures thereafter. William's most cherished accomplishment is his two children. In accordance with William's wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of William's Life will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines, on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 1p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
