PAPPIN, Cecil Wellington "Cec" 1918-2011
"Another Veteran has lost his last battle" -Royal Regiment of Canada.
Cec passed away in his home on October 31, 2011, after a short struggle with his health. Beloved spouse for 15 years of Constance Coulter. Cec will be missed by Connie's children and by his nieces and nephews. Cec was a retired electrician- I.B.E.W. Local 41 and a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 350, Port Dalhousie. For many years Cec enjoyed his summers at Buckhorn Lake and the winters in St. Petersburg, Florida. Cec's family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Tuesday, November 1, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine St. on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at 1:30 p.m. The Rite of Committal to follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill. In memory of Cec, give someone you love a "hug".
