Just found out about Jim, I'm shocked. I was hunting down some car parts for him and was going to call him this week . He was a cool guy, always saw him at Bronte or the St. Paul St. Show. R.I.P Jim, and put the pedal to the floor.

In honour of my cousin Jim....
Quick wit, quick brain and always ready to tell you "like it was". About 35 years ago on a business trip to Atlanta, Jim, Ron, and Uncle Baldy met my soon to be husband.
Jim comes walking up and says "Who's the short guy here?". We still laugh about that.
Our lives were enriched because of Jim- this is an enormous loss to our remaining family. Our hearts are with you Nancy, Jenna and Lisa.
Sending love and prayers from Colorado,
Joanne and John

Dear Nancy & Family
I first met Jim through my room mate in University Kevin McKenna. About 12 year ago my brother Patrick purchased a cottage on your beach in Port Colborne. Walking one day Jim and I passed and spoke to each other and realized we had meant many years before. After our first meeting I probably spoke to Jim about 4 or 5 times.
Although I only knew Jim very briefly, I always enjoyed speaking with him. One thing that was most apparent in our conversations was his deep love of his family. I am very sorry for your loss. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
yours truly
Paul Mooney

Nancy dear,
I am so very sorry to hear about Jim. I desperately wish I could be there with you on Sunday and Monday, but due to some health problems I'm unable to make it. I send you and your daughters my love and deepest sympathy. You and Jim were truly special to me over the years and you will be in my thoughts even though I'm not there. May the thoughts and prayers of your many friends bring you some measure of comfort and peace.
With much love,
Sunny

Cousin Jim has always been so dear to me. When I was growing up he was the "big" brother that I never had, who teased me mercilessly! I always looked up to him as a child and thought he was the handsomest!!
Jim always looked out for Jojo and I. His heart was golden, albeit mischievous!!!
He was the one who knew how to slice through to what was meaningful, put everyone on the spot to be authentic, and do it tongue in cheek. I believe that was a "Macfarlane" art!!
All my love to Nancy, Jenna and Lisa. I am so sorry that I will not be physically present this weekend, or on Monday. My heart is with you fully.
So much love coming your way!!!!!!
Eileen,
