Obituary of Dwayne Justin Forde

FORDE,Dwayne Justin -It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dwayne on March 27th, 2016 at the age of 40. Loving husband of 18 years to his wife Rosanne Forde. Father of Deshaun, Deondre, Tevin and Rhianna Forde. Loving son of Molly and Vincent Forde. Siblings of Anthony, Richard, Kerry and Lisa. He will be greatly missed by many family and friends. Wake will be held a the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street on Sunday April 3rd from 2-4pm. Funeral to follow Monday, April 4th at 11am at Bethels Baptist Church 10 Arlington Street in St. Catharines. Cremation will take place.
