Obituary of Mary Murray

MURRAY, Mary - Passed away at her home on Friday, March 25th, 2016 at the age of 87. Life long friend of Margaret Dunn, Sadie and John McWhirter and Betty and Iain Graham. She will be sadly missed by her cousins Dennis (Anne), Robert (Irene) and Mary, all of Scotland. Loving "Aunt" of Marie (Dave), Elaine (John) and Katharine and Madelene. Fondly remembered by many of her friends and coworkers. Mary enjoyed a long career at Phillips Lighting. In her retirement, she was an avid reader and a member of the Scottish Club, who loved to travel. The family will recieve visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, April 1st from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Friday at 3p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street, St. Catharines on Saturday, April 2nd at 11a.m. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
