Obituary of Victoria Maki
MAKI, Victoria (Kasmerski)
Passed away peacefully on Friday, February 26, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Ernie (1999). Loving Mother of Jim (Tracey) and Carolyn (Gene) Palazzo. Cherished Grandmother of Troy, Sara, Tyler and Kate. Survived by her sister Mary (Mervin) Slotta and sister-in-law, Margaret Kasmerski. Predeceased by her brothers Tony, Michael, Henry Kasmerski and sisters Anne Poseluiko and Joyce Deline. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families. Friends will be received on Friday, March 4, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines. Funeral Service will held on Saturday, March 5 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. If desired, memorial donations to Covenant House or the Rankin Cancer Run would be greatly appreciated by the family. Special thanks to all her caregivers, especially Avita, Alicia, Blossom, Michelle and Sharon. Thanks to the staff of Amica Bayview Gardens and Valleyview Nursing Home for all their excellent care and support.
