Obituary of Alma "Mimi" Beaulieu

BEAULIEU, Alma "Mimi" It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful mother, who passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Extendicare, at the age of 93. Mom will be forever loved and missed by her children Michael (Maggie), Micheline (Roland) Comeau, Monique Callaghan, Marielle Kristalyn, Stella (Dave), Linda, Carol (Dave) Warkentin, Lorraine and Liette (Eddy). Proud and devoted Mimi of 18 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Alma will be greatly missed by her siblings, nieces, nephews and extended family. Alma was predeceased by her husband Gerard and son-in-law John Kristalyn. Mimi will be remembered for her generosity and for always sneaking money to her grandchildren. Who has the last toonie? A special thank you to the staff of Extendicare and to Alma's friends, for taking good care of Mom and for loving her. A very special thank you to Lise Fosey for always being there for our mom. In accordance with Alma's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Alma's life will be held for family and friends at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL. In memory of Mimi, memorial donations may be given to Sick Kid's Hospital.
