Obituary of Pat Frances Rode (nee Laughlin)

Rode, Pat (nee Laughlin) - Suddenly on January 21, 2016 at her home at the age of 76. Survived by her sister Isabel Barkwell and her nieces Kim (Lou) Boniferro, Dawn (Rodney) Tucker, Denise (Walter) Ingram, nephew Randy (Mandy) Barkwell and many other loving family members. Life long friend of Dave Rode. Predeceased by her parents Turner and Helena Laughlin, brother Dick and his wife Rhoda Laughlin, and brother-in-law Glen. Pat worked at Foster Wheeler for many years, volunteered her time at Linhaven Home for the Aged and painted the restored horses at the Port Dalhousie Carousel. Arrangements are entrusted to the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street, 905-937-4444. Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be made to Linhaven Home for the Aged in Pat's honour.
