I did not know that uncle George had died. He was always visiting dad after going to the track. I know he had a hard time when dad died, and I have never forgotten being with him with Boyd and Pat at the viewing for dad at Washington Johnston. He made me feel better talking about dad. He once said, I gotta hand it ya kid. You made it. He never put me down, even though I was always the black sheep.
