Obituary of Lena Otis

OTIS, Lena It is with great sadness that we announce the loss of a beautiful soul surrounded by her family and friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the age of 27. Lena is survived by her loving husband Jason of 10 years, and her 4 boys Jamie, Nicholas, Kristopher and Joshua. Cherished daughter of Jacquie and adored sister of Raeanne. Loving daughter-in-law to Bonnie and Mike and sister-in-law to Jacob and Tim. Lena is also survived by her cousins Melissa and Zack, Nan Shirley and many other family and friends. She is predeceased by her beloved Nana Rose. The family would like to thank the staff at the St. Catharines General Hospital for all their care and support. In accordance with Lena's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive guests at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 12 - 4 p.m. A Celebration of Lena's Life will be held in the funeral home chapel following the visitation at 4 p.m. Memorial donations made out to the McMaster Neonatal Unit would be greatly appreciated by the family.
