Obituary of Helene Dunker

DUNKER, Helene Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Karl (1998). Loving mother of Klaus (Margaret), Jerry (Jennifer) and the late Reni (2014). Cherished grandmother of Allison, Chrissy, Nigel, Beau (Chris) and great-grandmother of Lily and Finn. Helene will also be fondly remembered by her siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Tabor Manor for their care and compassion.Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Friday, December 11 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. A Celebration of Helene's life will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:30 a.m. Following a reception in the Kristen French Fellowship Hall at the funeral home, burial will take place at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, 2250 Highway 20, Fonthill. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
