Obituary of Marlene Rosalie Williams
Williams, Marlene Rosalie
Passed away suddenly at her home on Sat., Oct. 10, after a brief struggle with cancer. Marlene will be dearly remembered by her children Tracy (Dennis) and Lesley, by their father, Ross and by her beloved grandchildren, Riley and Dylan. She was predeceased by her sisters Evelyn DeGurse and Catherine Carr. Marlene enjoyed a long career with the Ministry of the Attorney General. She was a talented artist and designer who enjoyed sewing, crafting, and decorating. Her original works of art have been greatly admired and will be treasured always. Marlene's greatest joy was making people happy. She always saw the good in everyone and made friends wherever she went with her kind words, thoughtful and generous nature and her beautiful smile. She made you a better person for having known her. Cremation has taken place and her family has requested a private celebration of her life. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer a donation to the charity of your choice in Marlene's name, or a kind gesture toward someone in her memory.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Marlene
