Obituary of Garabed Baboudjian

BABOUDJIAN, Garabed "Garo" With the love and support of his family, Garo passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2015 at Tabor Manor at the age of 81. Garo will be forever loved and missed by his beloved wife of 51 years, Hermine. Cherished father of Nora (John) and Kevin (Karina). Proud Babouk of Talar, Seta, Zabel and step-grandchild Diana. Dear brother of Ruben (Araxie) and Margaret. Garo worked at Penninsula Press in St. Catharines for 35 years. He was very passionate about his work and he enjoyed gardening at his home. A special thank you to the staff of CCAC, Tabor Manor and all of Dad's friends who came to visit him. In accordance with Garo's wishes, there will be no visitation. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Gregory Illuminator Armenian Apostolic Church, 49 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow the service at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL; (905) 937-4444. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be given to the Parkinson's Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society.
