Obituary of Austin Frank Ferrato

FERRATO, Austin - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Austin in Brockville, after a tragic accident on Thursday, August 13th, 2015 at the age of 17. Beloved and precious son of Angelo and Robertta. Special brother of Jessica. He will be sadly missed by his dog and best buddy, Cooper. Loving grandson of Nonna Maria ( the late Agostino Ferrato) and Baba Teresa (the late Walter Bukowsky). Great nephew of Meri Bukowsky (Sam). Nephew of Sam (Joanne) Ferrato, Anthony (Brenda) Ferrato and Marisa (Gian-Carlo) Florio. His cousins Christina, Maria, Lisa-Jen, Justin, Bryden, Mike and Charlie. Austin enjoyed playing hockey, Jiu- Jitsu and hanging out with his many friends. He will always be remembered as the class clown, who made everyone laugh. Austin was always the life of the party. Hat tilted, cruisin' low in his Black Mustang will be the way we will always remember Austin. He was a loyal friend who would always have his friends' backs. "Austin, until we meet again, we know you are chillin' up in heaven." Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Monday, August 17th from 3-5p.m. & 7-9p.m. A Private Family Service will take place at a later date.In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to M.A.D.D. or Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
