Obituary of Joseph Muller

MULLER, Joseph, After a brief illness, Joseph passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved husband of 60 years to Inge. Loving father of Ralph (Mary) and Wilfred (Sharon). Cherished Opa of Kate (Cody), Jason (Jennifer), Christopher (Alice), Sean and Alex. Joseph will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews and extended family members including, brother-in-law Manfred (Candy) and sister-in-law Erika. He was predeceased by his 6 siblings in Ontario and Germany. Joseph was dedicated and worked for 40 years at Toledo Scale and was an active and founding member of Club Heidelberg. Joseph will be remembered for being a true "people person" and for sharing his zest for life. In accordance with Joseph's wishes, cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., on Friday, August 14, 2015 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Joseph's Life in the funeral home chapel, starting at 11:30 a.m. If desired, memorial donations may be given to the Canadian Red Cross Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
