Obituary of Joyce Vivienne Brown

BROWN, Joyce Vivienne Peacefully, surrounded by her family, Joyce passed away in her home on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husband Jack Brown (1976) and also by her sons Robert Dale (1993) and William David (2013). Joyce will be forever loved and missed by her children John, Rick (Rita), Debbie (Howard), Janice (Joe), Dave and by her daughter-in-law, Pam. Loving Nanny to Tim, Todd, Becky, Jeff, Jay, Wes, Tabitha and Wyatt. Great grandmother of Timmy, Tucker, Devon, Autumn, Abby, Emily, Hayley, Noah and Logan. Dear sister of Verna and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Joyce retired from Revenue Canada in 1993. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family. A special thank you to her caretakers Connie and Sylvia, for taking such good care of Joyce over the past year. In accordance with Joyce's wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements are entrusted with the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL. A private ceremony celebrating Joyce's life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations made to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by Joyce's family.
