Obituary of Margaret Petrik

PETRIK,Margaret Passed away peacefully on April 10th at Rapelje Lodge in her 97th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Arpad (1974) and daughter Elizabeth (1989) Csoli. Beloved mother of Maria (Jim) Karasz, Kathleen (the late Jerry) Hartman and Arpad (Una) Petrik and mother in law of Simon Csoli. Much loved Grandmother to 11 grandchildren and Mama to 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by one niece and nephew in Slovakia. Mrs Petrik's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Wednesday, April 14th from 7-9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, April 15th at Our Lady of Hungary Church, 337 Hellems Avenue, Welland at 11am. Cremation will follow the service with a private family inurnment at a later date. Vigil Prayers for Mrs. Petrik will be recited in the funeral home on Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
