Obituary of Edward Alan Slatter

Slatter, Ed Sr. - On Tuesday January 13, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital at the age of 74. Loving husband of Rena (nee Taylor) for 53 years. Beloved father of Ed Jr. (Shawana), Gary (Karen), and Brian (Nathalie). Cherished Grandpa of Emily, Will, Kevin, John, and Valerie. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Vera. Ed was employed at TRW for over 30 years. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on Saturday January 17, 2015 between 6-8pm. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 8pm. A private family burial will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Salvation Army in Ed's honour.
