Pam and Deborah:
Phyllis and I would like to extend our deepest sympathies on the untimely passing of your Dad. Over the three years that we have known Bill as our next-door neighbor at the trailer park, we enjoyed his company and the long visits every weekend looking over the lake. He was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word.
It is still hard to realize completely that we are denied his association - something that we valued greatly. For both of us, it was a privilege to have known Bill and we shall miss hime very much.
Sincerely,
Keith and Phyllis
P.S. We feel badly for Jock

Debbie, Pam and family;
My deepest condolences on the loss of your father. I considered Bill a friend and stopped by to chat occasionally since his retirement. He was always a joy to talk to and seemed to embrace his retirement. During our talks he always mentioned the loves of his life, his girls, his trailer and his Jag.
I wish you both all the best in a future filled with good memories. Barry Brown

My sincere and deepest condolences. I am happy that I got to speak to Uncle William, albeit briefly just before Christmas. Will never forget the good (and very funny) times we shared. Especially when Jim and he came over to visit me in Scotland.
Lots of love,

Hello, Please accept my condolences on the passing of you dad Billy. I worked in Grimsby at the Grimsby station for many years while you da worked there as the Sgt in C.I.B. Billy was always very pleasant and fun to be around. Very knowledgable and always willing to help when you asked for it. You could see that he cared very much about the victims of crime and always went over and above to help them, as well, I know that he was there also for a number of other officewrs and civilian staff when they needed him. I'm glad that he had some time in retirement before his passing. I will always remember Billy with his (Boat) or his Lincoln that he was so proud of !!. Take care and please take some solus in the fact that he did what he loved and had a long and great career as a Police Officer. He was very proud of his family and talked about it often, always looking forward to going out to B.C. to see them! It was a pleaseure to know him and work with him!

We will miss seeing Billy's friendly smiling face, listening to the humour and teasing and watching him play with his little buddy Wee Jock at Sandy Shore. He was one great man and will deeply be missed by each and everyone. His memories will never be forgotten. He will be the best angel with the cutest accent. Condolences to his family. R. I. P.
