Obituary of John Fejedelem

FEJEDELEM, John Passed away peacefully while surrounded by loving family on Saturday, October 25th at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 75. Loving husband of Marjory (nee Lukanchoff) and cherished father of Cheryl (Raul) Gonzalez Madruga and Darlene (Peter) Nesbitt. Adored Deda of Elaine, Lauren, Adrian and Ryan. Survived by his brother George (Patricia), niece Kristi and nephew Richard and family. Predeceased by his parents John and Paulina and nephew John. John was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed life to the fullest. He shared with all his family and friends his love of cabbage rolls, Nascar and fishing stories. John was a dedicated employee of Domtar Fine Papers for over 40 years. The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to Dr. M. Levesque, Dr. M. Bokhari, and the remarkable nursing staff of the Oncology/Palliative Care Department. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. John's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Tuesday, October 28th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 29th at 11:30am in the funeral home chapel. There will be a private family inurnment at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Walker Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
