Obituary of James McEwan

McEwan, James "Jim" Passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, October 15th on his 65th birthday. Predeceased by his parents Gord and Winnie McEwan. Much loved brother of Robert, Diane (Chuck) Martyk, Joan (Tom) Osmon, Chuck (Eileen) and Judith (Gary) Lusk. Survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Jim was an avid sports enthusiast, who was an avid Blue Jays and Los Angeles Kings fan. He was a longtime employee of the City of St. Catharines. Jim's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, October 19th from 11:30am-12:30pm with a service to follow in the funeral home chapel at 12:30pm. Cremation will follow the service with an inurnment in Chatham at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
