Obituary of Dr. Nemi Nathan Pillay

Pillay, Dr. Nemi Nathan - Suddenly on Saturday June 28, 2014 at his home in the presence of his loving family in his 73rd year. Loving husband to Selvum for 47 years. Beloved Papa to Indira Pillay-Rego and her husband Paul Rego. Cherished Papa of Kian and Mateo Rego. Also survived by his brothers-in-law Monty (Danni) Vandeyar, Ruben Naidoo, and sister-in-law Jaya (Siva) Appavoo. Predeceased by his sister Vasundra Naidoo. Dr. Pillay dedicated his life to the welfare of his patients in the Niagara region. He was very inspiring, spiritual and cherished spending time with his family. Family will receive friends at the George Darte Funeral Home, 585 Carlton Street on July 1, 2014 between 1-5pm. Cremation and Funeral Service will take place during a private time for the family. Memorial donations may be made to St. Catharines General Hospital - NHS in Dr. Pillay's honour.
