Obituary of Michael Stevens

STEVENS, Michael "Mike" Passed away on Wednesday, May 21st at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital at the age of 81. He will be missed by his loving wife of 60 years Joyce and his much loved children Paul, Susan (Kenny) Nash and Julie (Leonard) Aylward. Cherished Grandpa of Brent Nash and Jack and Ben Aylward. Survived by his loving sister Joan Overend and brother Peter Stevens. Mike's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, on Sunday, May 25th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral to celebrate his life will be held on Monday, May 26th at St. John's Anglican Church, 80 Main Street, Port Dalhousie at 11am with burial following at St. John's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Canada Diabetes Association, Canadian Liver Foundation or the Lincoln County Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
