Obituary of Anna Maria Rocco

ROCCO, Anna Maria (nee Zeoli) - Peacefully passed away with her loving family by her side on Thursday, March 27th, 2014 at the St Catharines General Hospital at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Felice Rocco for 55 years. Loving mother of Tony (Sandra) Rocco , Phyllis Tullio and John Rocco all of St. Catharines. Cherished Nonna of Jennifer (Michael) Cunningham, Melissa (Chris) Marano,Jason (Melinda) Rocco,Cindy Rocco, Marc Rocco and Claudia (Beau) Gaudet. Loving great grandmother of Ryan, Blake, Mia and Emma. Special sister of Peter (Claudette) Zeoli, Vincenza (the late Sam) Arghittu ,the late Tony(Maria) Zeoli ,the late Angelo (Roma) Zeoli, all of St. Catharines and Caterina (the late Michele) Vitone of Italy. Anna Maria will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was a long time member of St Alfred's Church for many years. Anna Maria loved baking and talking to her friends. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St Catharines on Saturday (tonight) from 7-9p.m. and Sunday from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Sunday at 3p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine Street on Monday at 10a.m. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery to follow. Memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated by the family.
