Obituary of Elizabeth Slavinjak

SLAVINJAK, Elizabeth- Passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 18th, 2014 at her home at the age of 72. Beloved wife of Henry for over 50 years. Cherished mother of Christine (Steven) Skilton and Lynn(Ryan) LaCombe. Loving Grandma of Coral, Cash, Kennedy and Emersyn. Loving sister of Karl (Ann) Pettay. Elizabeth was a long time member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Friday, March 21st from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. Vigil Prayers will take place on Friday at 7:30p.m. in the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Cathedral of St. Catherine of Alexandria on Saturday, March 22nd at 11a.m. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospice Niagara or Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
