Obituary of Antonio ( Tony) Carluccio

CARLUCCIO, Antonio (Tony) - Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 12th, 2014 at Henley House at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Raffaela. Cherished father of Anita (Edward) Curran, Lily (Stephen) Korte, Angie Jackson, Dina Carluccio and Rosanna (Simon) Pols. Loving Grandpa of Erin (Rocky) Newton, Adrienne (Michael) Lowe, Nadine (Jonathan) LaBerge, Stephanie (Craigory) McPherson, Katrina (Derrick) Patry, Whitney (Korey) Rorison, Taylor (Jacquelyn) Jackson, Nicholas Pols and Jordan Pols. Great Grandpa of Jillian, Chelsea, Audrey, Thomas, Cooper and Chase. He will be sadly missed by his brother Carmen (Blanche) Carluccio of St Catharines and his sister Concetta (Lindo Zucchelli) Carluccio of Italy. Tony is predeceased by his brother Michele (Maria) Carluccio of St Catharines and his sister Filomena (the late Giuseppe Petrozzino) Carluccio of Italy. He will be fondly remembered by his many cousins, nieces and nephews here and abroad. The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to all the caring and compassionate staff at Henley House for treating Tony like family. The family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St Catharines on Sunday from 2-4p.m. & 7-9p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church on Monday at 10a.m. Rite of Committal at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens to follow. Memorial donations to Niagara Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
