Paul Perron

Obituary of Paul John Perron

PERRON, Paul With his dear wife Dianne at his side, Paul passed peacefully from this life to the Lord on Monday, January 27th, 2014. His two beautiful children, Matthew Perron (Caity Rappitt), Andrea Hansen (Jeff Hansen), always supported him and were with him often. Paul is survived by one sister, Beverly Brown and her husband Butch Brown. Paul and Dianne were always very grateful to the friends and family who were there for them throughout the last two years. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr. Lucey and staff who have always been there for Paul, and the doctors and staff at St. Joseph's Hospital who taught us well in this journey. His passing will be a great loss to many. Paul thoroughly enjoyed his career work as teacher, principal and superintendent with Niagara Catholic School Board for 37 years. His favourite title and job was Dad. He was God's gift to Dianne. Family and friends will be received at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Thursday January 30th from 7-9 p.m. and Friday, January 31st from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Friday at 3 p.m. A Funeral Liturgy will take place at St. Alfred's Church, 272 Vine St., on Saturday, February 1st at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Niagara or St. Joseph's Hospital Firestone Clinic.
