Obituary of Paul George Riihimaki

RIIHIMAKI, Paul Peacefully passed away on Friday, January 17, 2014, surrounded by his loving family at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in his 82nd year. Paul was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Jeanne (2009). Loving father of Greg (Gail) and Jeff (Susan). Cherished Grandpa of Lauren, Kathryn, Paul, and Kristen. Paul will be missed by his special companion Dorothy Erickson. Paul worked as a tradesman in the machine repair department and was a supervisor at General Motors of Canada for 30 years. Paul will be greatly missed by his family and friends. In accordance with Paul's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Paul's life will be held in the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 12 noon. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 11 a.m.- 12 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
