Obituary of Gerald "Jerry" F. Steele

Steele, Gerald F. (Jerry)- passed away peacefully this September 30th, 2003 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 74. Beloved husband of Micheline Juliette Alarie predeceased in 1986. Loving father of David of Vancouver, Micheline (Michael Tyminski) of Sarnia, Denise (Ed Young) of Edmonton and Sean (Nadia) of St. Catharines. He will be sadly missed by his siblings Joan Roth of Connecticut, Ronald (Margaret) of Calgary, Catherine (Fred Buchal) of Mississauga. Lovingly remembered by his grand children Dylan, Tara, Tayler, Marwan, Danielle, Dalton and Karissa. Jerry was born in London, Ontario, September 13, 1929, and was a veteran of the Korean War. Special thanks to John and Nora Tyminski, John Henderson Pharmacy of Thorold and the DVA. Family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., Friday between 2 and 4pm and again from 7 to 9pm. Funeral Liturgy will be at St. Alfred's church Saturday at 11am. Interment to follow. Donations to the St. Catharines General Hospital-Palliative Care Program would be greatly appreciated by the family.
