Obituary of Winifred "Rose" Lee

LEE, Rose Peacefully, with her loving family at her side, on Monday January 27, 2003 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital in her 81st year. Predeceased by her husband William Lee (1985). Loving mother of Bill (Linda), Steve (Karen) and Glenda. Beloved grandmother of Darren (Carrie), Jason (Kim), Andrew, Matthew (Kristi), Gillian (Dave) and Patrick. Cherished great-grandmother of Andy and Avery. Dear sister of Phil Birleson, Pat (Reg) Sawyer and Nell Faber. Cremation has taken place. A funeral service to celebrate Rose's life will be at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Friday at 12:00pm. Rite of committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial remembrances to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
