Karen, Marie, and families, I'm thinking about you all and feel sad that I couldn't be at the funerals. I spent many visits with Linda when Clarence would come over and sit on the front veranda and try to teach me different words that weren't in my vocabulary. I also enjoyed sitting with Irene in the back yard at Linda's watching the kids play games and laughing together.
I will miss spending those happy hours with Irene and Clarenc. My sincere sympathy to the whole family......Helen

We send our deepest condolences to the family. Clarence was a wonderful caregiver to his wife, Irene. We were his nurses and he had a wonderful sense of humour ; and, was so welcoming, as was Irene, whenever we had to visit them.

Karen, we are very sorry to hear about Uncle Clarence's passing. We had some great times at family gatherings and will always remember how much fun he was to be around. We have a picture somewhere of Clarence and Irene sitting in our living room playing the guitar with Artie and Doug. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

Not quite what he wanted
Clarence felt that it was time that his grandson Brady started to support his favorite team; the 'Leafs'. Brady ws just beginning to talk at the time. Unfortunately Brady's response was not quite what Clarence was expecting; 'the Toronto Make-Believes'!

Karen, Richard and Brady, we are so saddened by the loss of Clarence (and Irene). We had many happy times with them and Clarence always had a joke or some kidding to hand out to everyone. He had a smile on his face and enjoyed the little ones so much. We will truly miss him at family events at Linda and Dan's. Karen, just want you to know that you are in our thoughts daily. Take Care....Arlene
