Obituary of Alex Peterfi

Peterfi, Alexander - Fought a good battle on Wednesday November 27, 2013 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 66 years. Loving husband to Lois for over 42 years. Devoted father to Laura (Peter) Michaud and son Jamie. Cherished Grandpa to Olivia. Beloved son-in-law to Mae Zalefski. Will be sadly missed by his sister Klara (Anthony) Nicoletta, niece Lisa (Steve) Fenwick and great nephews Nicky & Michael Cuoco. Predeceased by his parents Albert & Suzie, and niece Nina Cuoco Al was employed at Foster Wheeler and Trenergy for over 25 years. He volunteered his time as a scout leader for Meadowvale Scouts; attended Lakeport High School and Niagara College. Cremation has taken place and no service or gathering will occur. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the George Darte Funeral Home, 905-937-4444. Memorial donations may be made to M.S Society or Hospice Niagara.
