Obituary of Wellington George Rockwell

Rockwell, Wellington (Rocky) Peacefully on Saturday, October 5, 2013 in his 89th year. Loving father of Norman (Dale), Wayne (Judy), Joan (Warren Coles). Cherished papa of Kelly (Jay), Wayne (Jessica), Adam (Sherry), Lisa (Tim), and Shelby. Great Grandpa of Shanna, Jakob, Caitlind, Gage, Emma, Riley, Avery, Naia, and Sydney. Predeceased by his sisters Genevieve, and Marion,his brother Warren, and his wives Mary and Vera. Rocky was a WW11 Veteran, serving as a gunner on the H.M.S. Frigate Fort Erie in the North Atlantic. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his many close family and friends especially his companion Eleanore. The family will welcome family and friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St., St. Catharines on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 7 - 9 pm. A private family service and burial will be held. If desired, donations in Rocky's memory to the Alzheimers Society would be appreciated by the family.
