Obituary of Dorothy Rose Latter

LATTER, Dorothy Rose - Passed away on October 1, 2013 at Shaver Hospital after a lengthy bout with cancer. Many thanks to all the caring staff and Dr. Arvinte who took excellent care of her. She was in her 92nd year. She is survived by her loving daughter Geraldine Palmer and son-in-law Robert, her two loving grandsons, Clark (Melissa) and Bruce (Hayley Patterson) and 5 great grandchildren, Julian & Quinn Palmer, Ola Patterson, Cameron and Calista Palmer. Dorothy was born in Nova Scotia in 1921 but she and her husband (Harold - deceased) came to St. Catharines in 1947. She was a very kind and caring person. Her family and friends will truly miss her. Arrangements entrusted to the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. St. Catharines, ON. As per Dorothy's wishes, cremation has taken place. A sevice in Dorothy's memory will be held at a later date. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
