Obituary of Eugenia Grelewicz

GRELEWICZ, Eugenia Passed away peacefully after a short struggle on Tuesday, August 20th at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 84. Predeceased by her husband Ignacy (1995). Much loved mother of Mariola (Paul) Dembowy and Renata (Henrik) Leszczynska, cherished grandmother of Peter Dembowy, Mila Dembowy, Wojtek Leszczynski and Michal Leszczynski and loving great grandmother of two. Also survived by her brother and sister in Poland. She was a very proud member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, a devout Catholic and a longtime resident of the Paderewski Home in St. Catharines. Mrs. Grelewicz's family will receive visitors at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton Street, St. Catharines on Sunday, August 25th from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 5 Oblate Street on Monday, August 26th at 10am. Rite of Committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, Vigil Prayers will be recited in the funeral home on Sunday, August 25th at 3pm. If desired, memorial donations to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church would be appreciated by the family.
