Obituary of Elizabeth Jane Coome

Coome, Jane Peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, June 14, 2001 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. In her 79th year. Loving wife of Charlie for over 59 years. Beloved mother and friend of Sue & her husband Bob Ruttan, John & his wife Teresa, and Mary Sheldrick. Proud Nan to her grandchildren Lesley, Laurie, & Kristen, Christopher, & Chloe, Tricia, David, & Rob. And to her great grandchildren Jaimee, Matthew, Sean, David, Emily, & Madison. Survived by her brother Bill McKelvey. Mrs. Coome was a lifetime member of The May Court Club. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, June 18, 2001 at St. Columba Anglican Church, 7 St. Columba Dr., St. Catharines.
