Obituary of William (Billy) Gray

Gray, Billy Peacefully on Monday, May 7, 2001 at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Billy Gray 58 years of age; beloved husband of Helen, loving father of Marion and her husband David Court and young Billy and his wife Shelley, loving papa of Christopher and Amanda, dear brother of Eric and his wife Marion of Scotland, predeceased by his brother Edwin and his parents William and Esther. Will be missed by many nieces, nephews and his many soccer children. Billy will remain a coach and inspiration to everyone. All for the love of the game. Mr. Gray is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where a funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. with cremation to follow. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Memorial Remembrances to Canadian Cancer Society or Hotel Dieu Oncology Department would be appreciated by the family.
