Obituary of Sarah Ann McKay

McKay, Sarah Ann (Sadie) - Passed away peacefully on Friday, April 1st , 2011 at Garden City Manor, at 90 years of age. Predeceased by her beloved husband Owen (1999). Loving mother of John and Marilyn , Ron and Connie, Owen and Yvonne . Grannie of John, Kevin, Jeffery, Christopher, and Jennifer. Great-grandmother of Dylan, Tyler, Mary and Violet. Sadie will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Sadie was a long time member of the Scottish Club. Family will receive friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL HOME, 585 Carlton St. on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church 272 Vine St. on Tuesday at 11 am. Cremation to follow and interment at a later date. Vigil prayers will be celebrated in the funeral home on Monday at 3 pm.
