Obituary of Maria Krys

Krys, Maria On Saturday may 5, 2001 at the St. Catharines General, at 76 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Stephen. Dear mother of Michael and Shirley of Sudbury, Natalie and Michael Millhiser of St. Catharines. Loving Baba of Steven, Travis, Alexis and Tyler. Aunt of Michael Hirak, of St. Catharines. Mrs. Krys was a member of St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church and a member of the Black Sea Hall ( Ukrainian Organization). Maria and her husband worked together in their motel business in Niagara Falls for 10 years. Maria's gentle nature and kind and caring way's will be missed by many. Mrs. Krys is resting at the George Darte Funeral Cahpel 585 Carlton St. until Thursday at 9:30. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. John Ukrainian Catholic Church at 10:00am. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Panachyda will be held in the funeral home on Wednesday at 7:30pm. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Floral arrangements or memorial remembrances to St. John's Ukrainian Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
