Obituary of Gunter Konrad

Konrad, Gunter Suddenly after a brief illness on Wednesday April 25, 2001 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Gunter Konrad 70 years of age; beloved husband Elfriede (Frieda), loving father of Rose Glock of Germany, dear opi of Tina, Client and Phillip, brother of Hans and Lotte, Siegfried, Herta and Kurt Rudolph, Lisbet Kuhnke, predeceased by his parents Emma and Juleus and brothers Kurt, Richard, Herbert, Heinz, Willi and his sisters Erna and Ella. Dear brother-in-law of John and Gertrud Kiess, Ida Moskaluk, Alexander and Thea Kiess, Renate Schmidt. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Mr. Konrad was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Club Heidelberg. He hac worked at General Motors for over 25 years and was a member of C.A.W. Local 199. Mr. Konrad is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where family will receive friends on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated at Grace Lutheran Church on Friday at 11:30 a.m. with visiting 1 hour prior. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation or Grace Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
