DeSANTIS ANGELO Surrounded by his loving family, on Sunday April 22, 2001, at his residence, at 86 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Milly. Loving father of Loretta DeSantis, Vance (Ginny), Margaret (Angelo) Damiano, John (Cheryl), Peter (Heather), Gina (Steven) Edward, Patty (Craig) and Christopher. Father in law of Donna. Predeceased by his son Fredrick, daughters Mary Ellen and Angela. Dear grandpa of Jason, Michael, Vance Jr., Matthew, Fadra, Marcus, Morgan, Emily, Matthew, Jessica, Christopher, P.J., Shaun Ian, Sarah, great grandpa of Nicole, Amanda, Madison, Christian and Austin. Dear Brother of Frank (Mary) DeSantis, brother in law of Filomena DeSantis, Maria DeSantis, Hazel (Ron) Muir and Mary Young. Angelo will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. He was employed with Newman Structural Steel as a welder for 27 years. The fruits of Angelo's passion for gardening is a large, healthy and loving family.
Mr. DeSantis is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 9:00am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church at 9:30am. Rite of committal in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 3:30pm. Visiting hours are Monday 7-9 and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. Memorial remembrances to the Hotel Dieu Oncology Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
