D'Aurora, Elisabetta (nee Oddi)
With great sadness, we announce the passing of our dear sister, Elisabetta, on Saturday March 3, 2001 in her 74th year and in the peaceful company of her family. She was predeceased by her husband Gennaro, her parents, Vincenzo and Margherita Oddi and in-laws, Raffaele and Palmina D'Aurora and sister-in-law, Angela D'Aurora. Survived by her family, Letizia Sforza (thelate Ascenzo), Salvatore and Anna Oddi, Anna and Raffaele Leone, Maria and Pietro Ferrelli and sisters-in-law, Ida (the late Alfredo) Cardone and Giovanna (Francesco) Cicone. She will be missed and remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Mrs. D'Aurora was a member of St. Alfred's Church.
Mrs. D'Aurora is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. until Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in St. Alfred's Church at 9:30 a.m. with Rite of Committal in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery Mausoleum, Burlington. Visiting Hours Monday and Tuesday 4-9 p.m. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be celebrated in the funeral home on Tuesday at 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hotel Dieu Dialysis Unit or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. Soliman, Dr. Yu, and the wonderful nurses and staff at the Hotel Dieu Dialysis Unit. Our gratitude as well to the staff at the West Park Health Centre for their patient and loving care
