Obituary of Blanche Courchesne

COURCHESNE, Blanche Peacefully, on Monday, January 29th, 2001 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Romeo (1972). Loving mother of Arthur & Claudette of Kapuskasing, Emile & Madeleine of Chateauguay, Quebec, Marie & Vern Ramsay of Sudbury, Larry & Darquise of St. Catharines, Armand & Therese of St. Catharines, and Charlie & Ginette of St. Catharines. Dear Grandmother of 13 and Great Grandmother of 16. Sister of Berthe Poudrette of Port Colborne and Maurice Ouellette of Sudbury. Predeceased by 2 brothers Patrick and Jack Ouellette. Mrs. Courchesne is resting at George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Friday at 10:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church at 11:00am. Rite of Committal at the Pleasantview Memorial Gardens. Visititation Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral on Thursday at 8:00pm.
