Obituary of Michael Goddard
GODDARD MICHAEL-On Wednesday November 21 2001 at the Hamiton General Hospital.
Michael was the beloved husband of Grazyna, loving father of Anna and Michael, dear brother of Sophie and Edward Myszor of London England and also survived by a large family.
Michael was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, the Royal Canadian Legion Polish Branch #418 and the Polish Combattants Association #27. He served during WWII with the Polish 2nd Corps receiving many Polish and British Army decorations including The Cross of Valour and was discharged as a Lieutenant .
Michael is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL 585 Carlton St. until Monday at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Vigil prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Sunday at 7:30p.m.
Visiting hours are Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Memorial remembrances to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church or the Hamilton General Hospital for their Cardiac Unit would be appreciated by the family.
