Obituary of Robert King

King, Robert On Wednesday, November 14, 2001 at Linhaven, in his 80th year. Loving husband of Vera, dear father of Robert & his wife Anne of Fergus, David & his wife Margaret of Raleigh North Carolina, and Ronald and his wife Eilene of Edmonton. Dearest grandpa of 11 grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. Brother of the late James & his wife Kaye King, and the late Margaret & her husband the late Arthur Hind all of St. Catharines , and the late Matilda Jane, and the late Jack King. Mr. King was a member of St. Julia's Church. Mr. King had served as choir director for St. Julia Church and was a chorus master for the St. Catharines S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A. Mr. King was a veteran of World War 2. Mr. King is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Saturday at 9am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Julia Church at 9:30am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours Friday 2-4 & 7-9pm.
