Obituary of Richard Luciano Busca

BUSCA, Richard (Rick) Surrounded by his family, on Thursday, October 25th, 2001 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital at the age of 43. Best friend and beloved husband of his wife Lisa. Loving father of Melayna and Alycia. Survived by his parents Celeste and Amelia. Dear brother of John (Cheryl), and Rob (Deanne). Will be missed by his niece Jessica, and nephews Jason and Benjamin. Dear son-in-law of Leonard & Barbara Lockwood and brother-in-law of Dan (Debbie) Lockwood. Rick will be sadly missed by many family and friends. Rick was an employee of General Motors for 18 years, and Graduated from Ryerson Polytechnical Institute. Rick is resting at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 carlton St. until Tuesday at 9:00am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Alfred's Church (272 Vine St., St. Catharines) on Tuesday at 9:30am. Rite of Committal at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visitation Monday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Vigil Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hotel Dieu Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. Hughes, all nursing & pastoral staff at the Hotel Dieu Hospital and Dr. Stewart & staff at Princess Margaret Hospital for their care and support.
