Obituary of Howard John Figg

Figg, Howard John Suddenly on Thursday, October 11, 2001 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. Howard John Figg in his 69th year. Beloved husband and dearest friend of Bernice, loving father of Terry and Ken Franklin of Deep River, Jennifer and Dave Williams of Regina, Sask., John and Pat Figg of Oshawa, dear step father of Debra and Jim Britten of Dundas, David and Rachelle Harvey of Welland, Dan Harvey of St. Catharines, dear grandpa of Beth, Carolyn and James Franklin, Janine, Jordan and Melissa Williams, Nicole, Andrew and Kelly Britten, Amanda, David and Christine Harvey, loving brother of Ron and Shirley Figg of Woodstock, predeceased by his sister Gladys Felver, he will be missed by Benji. Mr. Figg had worked at J. J. Lee Printing for 50 years owning and operating the business from 1976-1995, member and Treasurer of Beaver Bowling League for 30 years, member of St. Catharines Singing Saints Barbershop Chorus for 20 years. Mr. Figg is resting at the George Darte North Chapel, 585 Carlton St. where family will receive friends on Saturday from 12 noon til 2:30 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated in St. James Anglican Church on Saturday at 3 p.m. with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A. or Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
