Dear family of Monica,
I am very sorry for the loss of your dear mother. She was a lovely person and I have many fond, childhood memories of her. Mrs. Golubinski made the best chocolate chip cookies on Dunvegan, she was an amazing seamstress. I sat many times in awe watching her skillful hands create dolls and crafts while smelling the sweet smell of Mr. Golubinski's tobacco pipe. My favorite was the Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. She greeted all of us chidren with a smile and kind loving words, even the very shy, quite ones.
You were blessed for many years with a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I was lucky to have seen her a few times in her golden years when we were neighbors, she would stop by my house for a little chat on her way to and from the Grantham plaza and on hot days she'd sit and have a glass of water.
I know she will be missed by her family and by anyone whose life she has touched.
My condolences are with you all, but especially my dear childhood friend Betsey.
