Obituary of Bernard David (Barnie) Weightman

Weightman Bernard David (Barnie) On Wednesday August 8, 2001 at the Hotel Dieu Hospital. Beloved husband of Linda. Loving father of Grant (Emma) and Leslee (Nathan). Dear son of Lillian and the late Bernard Weightman. Brother of Warren (Irene). Dear son in law of Carl and Lois Brunshaw. Brother in law of Wendy and Bob Namtzu, and Carole and Jim Marshall. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Very dear friend of Micheal and Mary Konkle and John and Sandy Green. Family will recieve friends at the GEORGE DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 585 Carlton St. on Friday from 7-9pm. Cremation to follow. A private family inurnment will take place. IN lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances to the Diabetes Association or the Hotel Dieu Hospital Oncology Clinic would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you tou to Dr. Giesbrecht, Dr. Kerley, Dr. D. Henry, Colleen Bredin and the nursing staff of the Palliative Care Unit for their care and compassion.
