Obituary of Emilia Sotola

Sotola, Emilia Suddenly at home on Tuesday, July 10, 2001. At the age of 68. Born in Trzciana, Poland. Treasured wife of Stanislaw for over 49 years. Dearly loved mama of Tony & Helen, Barbara, Richard & Anne Jagodzinski, and Mark & Christine. Beloved Babcia of Christopher, Ryan, David, Allison, Andrea, Robert, Paul, Alexandra, and Gabrielle. Special Ciocia of Zosia & Henry Soja, Jason & Matthew. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sisters in Poland. Mrs. Sotola was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, where she was an active member in the church choir. She was also a member of the Canadian Polish Society, and seniors club of the Canadian Polish Legion. Mrs. Sotola is resting at the George Darte Funeral Chapel, 585 Carlton St., until Friday at 9:30am. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church at 10am. Rite of Committal will take place at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours Thursday 2-4 and 6:30-9pm. Vigil Prayers for the deceased will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 7pm.
